Private Art pARTies for All Ages

Parties are hosted at my art studio (click here for location). All Art pARTies are now available only as Private Parties. Parties are for artists age 5 and up!   Please contact me about available dates; I'll try to work with you when possible. %50 Deposits are non refundable. Balance is due the day of your event.

Parties at Tracey's Studio:

Kids & Teens

  • 2 hour party

  • Base price, includes 10 kids or less, is $275.00

  • $22.oo for each additional child, up to 16

What is included:

Art Instructor and all supplies needed for the approved project. Is your child more fine art or craft, nature or fashion, messy or neat? Tell me about them and we will come up with the perfect project. Please call for projects per ages:

  • All Ages: Oil pastel and watercolor, chalk boards, tie dye, marker painting on due-lar, flower pots, fairy/bird/animal houses, jewelry making, mixed-media abstract or heart paintings, Ball Buddies, clay and wire sculptures, vision/me boards, shrinky-dink animals, glass painting and more.

  • Older kids 10 and up: Canvas painting, bead making, and more.

Food and refreshments can be brought in and served during your party.

Upon request, optional projects or multiple projects are available for an extra cost. Just talk to us about what your child likes.

  • Base price, $30-$65 per person depending on medium

  • 10 person or $300.00 min cost for 3hrs

What is included:

Art Instructor and all supplies needed for the approved project. You pick the your fine art or craft, nature or contemporary, messy or neat, which ever project to best fit your group? Tell me about them and we will come up with the perfect project.

  • All Levels: Clay Jewelry, Wood Burning Projects, Collage Portraits, Custom Holiday Ornaments or Cards, Hand Painted Wood Jewelry, Collage, Mixed Media, Encaustics, Custom Journal, Print Making, Art 101, Wooden Advent Calendars, and so much more. Want to try it? Just Ask, chances are Tracey has the materials to make it happen.

    Food and refreshments can be brought in and served during your party. Adult beverages are allowed but as always please make arrangements for travel after.

Available Add-Ons:

  • Make it a Bigger Party - RENT MY TENT: Want to do more? More people, more time, more items require more accommodations. I now have a 20X20 tent you can rent, set up right outside my studio doors! The cost for this option is $175.00 in addition to per person fee; the standard 2 hour time is increased to 4 hours. When schedules permit, those wishing to add even more time to your event can be accommodated.

  • Whether for additional art making or for longer set up, mingling, dinner and social time, you can schedule a longer party for $75.00 hour. Bring your own goodies to share with friends and make it a party to remember. Please Note: Groupons, discounts or coupons cannot be used for private groups.
